Desperately need Apple IT person who knows server stuff too!
I already have an email out to a company but the first person to respond gets the job. Summary: since the Mac geniuses installed my pop email acct on my iPad (which I hate by the way) the same email acct will NOT work on my laptop. I'm trying to run a business. And the people who serve my pop account are no help either. Unbelievable. Please help asap - onsite help preferred.
