Need to Increase Your Downline? Look to the Gen Xers

Last week Business Week published the article 10 Reasons Gen Xers Are Unhappy at Work. The article is about unhappy corporate employees in their 30s and early 40s. This was an all too familiar place for me some 5 years ago. The article also goes on to state that many Gen Xers,

"have told me that you are planning to leave corporate life "soon"—to start entrepreneurial ventures or work for smaller companies" --Tammy Erikson, Business Week"

So, I have to ask, are you talking to the Gen Xers about your business opportunities?
